We ship internationally. Please process to checkout for shipping rates to your specific location. Please note that orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing perleandjade@gmail.com.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Earrings will be FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons. We are happy to offer a return or exchange in 14 days. After 14 days, store credit will be issued if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked service, as packages lost in transit are not our responsibility. Store credit or exchanges will only be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product shows signs of misuse or if the damage is not a result of a defect.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Perle + Jade is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
Eligibility for Returns:
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn and in original condition
• No signs of wear or damage
• Include all original tags (if applicable)
• Returned in original packaging, including box and pouch

Please return your order in the original packaging or smaller. Oversized boxes increase shipping costs, and Perle + Jade will not be responsible for additional fees. We reserve the right to deduct any excess shipping costs from the refunded amount. If the return does not meet these guidelines, Perle + Jade may deny the return and return the item to the customer.
Exchanges will only be honoured within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@perleandjade.com.
