If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. For 'Made-to-order' items (e.g. Bebe), once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
Your order will be shipped after 24 hours of placing the order. We will also provide you the tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Orders placed with Standard delivery are expected to arrive within 6-8 working days. This option is FREE on orders with CAD150 or more of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale).

- The rule of thumb is “Last On, First Off” because pearls are adversely affected by the application of lotions, perfumes, hairsprays and other harsh chemicals.
