Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For 'Made-to-order' items (e.g. Bebe), once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

Your order will be shipped after 24 hours of placing the order. We will also provide you the tracking number once the order has been shipped. 
 
Orders placed with Standard delivery are expected to arrive within 6-8 working days. This option is FREE on orders with CAD150 or more of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale).

How do I take care of my pearls?

- The rule of thumb is “Last On, First Off” because pearls are adversely affected by the application of lotions, perfumes, hairsprays and other harsh chemicals. 
- Wiping the pearls with a damp, soft cloth after you wear them will ensure that they remain free of harmful build-up of compounds that may damage the nacre of your pearls. For more detailed care instructions, be sure to review our product care page, here.

We work closely with our pearl farm in Amasuke, Mie Prefecture, and Kobe, Japan and pride ourselves on the materials used, and the best quality pearls are carefully selected by our pearl experts.
